Ok folks, I need to know how many are still here.
We need to pass the info on this site around as much as possible!
This State legislature has messed up everything that the VOTERS have enacted. The legislation now is NOTHING like that which was enacted by 64% of this State. Our legislators have decided to change everything in each part of what we believed was enacted, (God knows "THEY" know best.). This legislation leaves everything to rich people who will be the only ones able to adhere to all of the criteria for any form of distribution, and does not allow an average patient any way to comply with the legislation. It is immoral, unethical, and completely unfeeling for the politicians of this State to put major investors and paranoia first, when it comes to the thousands of patients who may benefit. It is as well Immoral to forbid a patient of any medical condition, to grow their own medicine to save money.
We need to do something! Will I feel alone again?

Del, your not alone but there isn't anything organized. I was going to start a NORML chapter here in the state. But NORML was being funded by very greedy mega growers in other states. Mainly California dispensary owner in SoCal. Now ND. is set up to cater to men like him and monopolize the entire system. Instead of two main growers. The state would benefit from 100 private growers. The state has no interest in this as they have no desire to help anyone to start with. Besides that it would actually take some effort from the state to oversee multiple grow operations. Yet with multiple grow operations the people of this state would be working and putting more money into smaller communities. Growing the states infrastructure and making healthier local economies. Maybe when legalization is staring them down will they see the light. Peace
